Business Authorization
GlutaPro only accesses or manages Meta and WhatsApp Business assets after the relevant business has provided authorization through Meta’s official business onboarding and permission processes.
Businesses retain control of their own Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and associated assets.
How We Use Meta Platform Data
Platform Data obtained through Meta is used only where necessary to provide the authorized WhatsApp Business integration and order-automation service.
This may include information required to:
- identify the authorized business account;
- connect the appropriate WhatsApp Business Account and phone number;
- configure approved message templates and webhooks;
- process authorized messaging events; and
- send transactional customer notifications relating to e-commerce orders.
GlutaPro does not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising purposes or sell Platform Data to third parties.

Businesses using the integration can automate transactional WhatsApp updates during different stages of an order, including:

Privacy & Security
Access is limited to the permissions and business assets necessary to provide the requested integration. We use authorized access credentials, Meta-approved APIs and webhook integrations to operate the service.
