Data Deletion Instructions
GlutaPro respects your privacy. If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you (such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details and WhatsApp conversation records), please follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to admin@glutapro.com, or send a WhatsApp message to +92 300 0745116 saying “Delete my data”.
- Include your full name, phone number and order number(s) so we can identify your records.
What happens next
- We will confirm your request within 3 business days.
- We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days.
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example tax and accounting records for completed orders) will be retained only for the period required by law.
Meta / Facebook login data
If you connected to our app through Facebook or Meta, you can also remove the app from your Facebook account under Settings → Business Integrations.
