Advance Payment Policy

To ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience, we have set the following advance payment requirements for certain orders:

  1. Orders Above Rs. 8000
    • If your order exceeds Rs. 8000, a minimum advance payment of Rs. 500 is required. The remaining amount will be payable via Cash on Delivery (COD).
  2. Village Addresses & Post Office Collection
    • If your shipping address is in a village and parcels are collected from a post office, an advance payment of Rs. 500 is mandatory. The rest of the amount can be paid via Cash on Delivery.
  3. Self-Collection from Courier Services (TCS, LCS, M&P)
    • If you choose to self-collect your parcel from courier services like TCS, LCS, or M&P, an advance payment of Rs. 500 is required. The remaining amount will be paid upon receiving the parcel.
  4. Hostel & University Addresses
    • If you are a student living in a hostel or providing a university/hostel address, an advance payment of Rs. 500 is required. The remaining amount will be collected via Cash on Delivery.
